The cable car and chairlift services in New Murree will be temporarily halted from October 10 to October 13 to undergo routine repairs and maintenance, according to an official notification issued by the district administration.

The suspension of services is aimed at facilitating essential technical repairs, ensuring enhanced safety and comfort for tourists visiting the region’s popular scenic spots.

The district administration stressed that the closure is critical for the upkeep of these facilities, which are among Murree’s most frequented tourist attractions. The services are expected to resume after the maintenance work is completed, promising an improved experience for visitors, the notification stated.
