The Saudi firm Aramco has now launched its second fuel station in Islamabad after being launched in Lahore.
Earlier, the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) approved Aramco’s 40 per cent equity stake acquisition in Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd.

During the official visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman to Islamabad in 2019, the countries signed investment agreements worth $21 billion. The agreements included about $10 billion for an Aramco oil refinery.
It is the world ‘s fourth company by revenue as of 2024.
