Fifty Pakistani travelers have been stranded at Kuwait Airport for two days. Their Umrah flight from Dubai to Saudi Arabia was diverted to Kuwait due to heavy rains in Dubai.

According to Faheemuddin, while the foreign airline accommodated Indian and Nepali passengers in hotels, Pakistani passport holders were left stranded at the airport.

He expressed dissatisfaction with the treatment of Pakistani passengers by the airline, citing that they were provided with meals only twice over the course of two days, with the most recent meal given last night.

Faheemuddin also stated that they are currently trying to reach out to the Pakistani consulate in Kuwait and appealing to the Pakistani government for urgent assistance.

It’s worth noting that numerous flights were canceled in Dubai due to heavy rainfall, leading to some flights being redirected to Kuwait Airport, thereby leaving Pakistani passengers bound for Dubai stuck at the airport.
