Pakistan is set to take on Australia in the series decider of a three-match one-day international (ODI) series at the Optus Stadium in Perth on Sunday (November 10).
In the second fixture, the Green Shirts outplayed the hosts to claim the nine-wicket victory at Adelaide Oval on Friday. Opener Saim Ayub played an excellent knock helping Pakistan to chase down the 163-run target in 26.3 overs.
Wicketkeeper-batter Josh Inglis will lead the Australian side in the third ODI. Australia has rested five senior players ahead of the five-match home test series against India, starting from November 22 at Perth.
Mitchell Starc, Steve Smith, Marnus Labuschagne, Pat Cummins, and Josh Hazlewood all will be rested for the final game of the series on Sunday.
