The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) has announced a notable increase in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) prices for October 2024. The price per kilogram for both domestic and commercial cylinders has risen by Rs7.31.
This adjustment follows Ogra’s monthly review, which attributed the hike to a 3.84 percent rise in the Saudi Aramco Contract Price (CP), the key benchmark for LPG rates. A minor dip in the average dollar exchange rate also factored into the price revision.
