The District and Sessions Court Islamabad heard a case against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur regarding the recovery of illegal weapons and alcohol recovery case.

The court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Ali Amin Gandapur.

Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hussain Zaidi presided over the hearing for the case, which was registered at the Bhara Kahu police station. Despite multiple court summonses, Ali Amin Gandapur failed to appear in court.

The court remarked that Ali Amin Gandapur should be arrested and produced in court for the next hearing.

The case has been adjourned until October 12.
