• Qualifications/Experience: BA/B.Sc./FA/F.Sc. with a diploma in Inventory Management. Must have five years of experience in civil or defense services as a procurement/purchase officer.

2. Transport Officer (BS-16)

• Vacancies: 1
• Qualifications/Experience: BA/B.Sc./F.Sc. with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and five years of practical experience managing mechanical transport in civil/defense services or a large private organization.
• Age Limit: 18-33 years

3. Cataloguer (BS-16)

• Vacancies: 1
• Qualifications/Experience: Master’s in Library Science, MA, or BA with a B.Ed. from an HEC-recognized institution. Five years of practical experience in office work, cataloging, and filing systems required, along with familiarity in printing work and computer literacy.

5. IT Officer (BS-16)

Instructions to note:

1. Government employees must apply through proper channels.
2. Age relaxation will be granted per Federal Government rules.
3. Applications should be submitted in the prescribed format, available for download on the NIM website (www.nim.gov.pk), including one passport-sized photograph and an attested copy of the CNIC. Shortlisted candidates must bring original documents and an attested set to the interview.
4. Separate applications must be submitted for each post if applying for multiple positions, with separate envelopes.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
6. NIM reserves the right to modify the number of advertised posts.
7. Applications must be sent via post or courier and reach the specified address within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication. Late applications will not be considered.
8. Provincial, regional, and other quotas will be strictly observed.
9. NIM reserves the right to cancel or postpone the advertisement, in whole or in part.
10. A written test and demonstration may be part of the selection process.
