PESHAWAR: The recent leakage of the question paper for the Pakistan Studies exam during the matriculation examinations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has raised serious concerns about the integrity of the examination process.

The breach of security occurred under the supervision of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) DI Khan and Malakand Board, sparking doubts about the reliability of the examination procedures.

The KP exam leak incident is not an isolated one, as it follows a series of previous leaks on the 20th, 22nd, and 23rd.

Reacting promptly to the situation, KP’s Education Minister, Faisal Tariq, has taken immediate notice of the leak. In an attempt to address the issue, Tariq has announced disciplinary actions against those found responsible.

Despite the measures, apprehensions persist. The Malakand Division Commissioner has intervened, appointing an inquiry officer to investigate the matter and identify the source of the leak.

As students gear up for their exams, the recurring instances of leaked papers have raised questions about the integrity of the examination process.
