Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz has gifted a car to national hero Arshad Nadeem, with a unique vehicle’s license plate.

In a message shared on the social media platform “X,” Information Minister for Punjab, Azma Zahid Bokhari stated that Maryam Bibi personally visited Arshad Nadeem’s home to present him with a cash prize and a car, which bore the number 92.97.

It’s noteworthy that in the javelin throw event, national athlete Arshad Nadeem set a new Olympic record with a throw of 92.97 meters, breaking the previous 118-year record.

He set the record twice, with one throw reaching 92.97 meters and another at 91.79 meters, surpassing the 2008 Olympic record of 90.57 meters.

Punjab’s Minister of Information and Culture, Azma Zahid Bokhari, said that this is how heroes are honored.
