As per news reports, the price of petrol is expected to decrease by Rs. 9.30 in the fortnightly review scheduled for June 15.

Petroleum products are anticipated to become cheaper from June 16.

A reduction of Rs. 4.02 in diesel prices is also anticipated for the next 15 days. The price of kerosene is expected to decrease by Rs. 2 from June 16.

In the past week, a decline in crude oil prices has been recorded in the global market. This decrease in prices is expected to benefit the public.

OGRA will send a working paper to the government on June 15, based on global market trends, according to sources. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will give the final approval for the prices.

The Ministry of Finance will issue a notification regarding the new prices on June 15.
