The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has reportedly completed its list of candidates for the reserved seats for women in the Punjab Assembly.

The list was compiled following a recent Supreme Court ruling that allowed the party to secure reserved seats based on the general seats won by its candidates in the February 8 election.

PTI has drafted a list of 35 female candidates for the reserved seats, including recently freed social media activist Sanam Javaid and Dr. Yasmin Rashid, who is currently in custody. Despite this, the party is expected to secure only 24 of the reserved seats in the provincial assembly.
