WEB DESK: Hip-hop sensation Talha Anjum is stepping into acting with his debut film Kattar Karachi.
The action-packed crime thriller, directed by Abdul Wali Baloch, will hit Pakistani cinemas on December 20 after a successful premiere in London last month. Co-starring alongside the rapper are acclaimed actor Imran Ashraf, portraying a ruthless mafia boss, and Kinza Hashmi, who has undergone a bold transformation for her role.
Rooted in themes from Talha’s hit album My Terrible Mind, the film promises a gripping exploration of the battle for freedom in Karachi’s chaotic streets. Talha expressed his excitement on Instagram, sharing the film poster and thanking fans for their support. “Here’s to new beginnings and unforgettable journeys,” he wrote.
