A nostalgic teaser

And in official descriptions from Netflix, there seems to be much more thrill ahead for Joe Goldberg. He must return to New York where his life is once more threatened by the shadows of his past and his own dark compulsions in the hope of pursuing a “happily ever after.”

A newly unearthed teaser showcases Joe returning to Mooney’s bookstore, a prominent venue in the origins of the show. In a relatively pensive moment, Joe declares: “Here we are, together again, back to where it began. And the one constant, the one thing that has always been there for me is you.”

Poised with this endearing scene, sets the tone for a final season that will tackle all lingering plotlines and issues around morality defining the show.

Netflix declared that You would come to an official close with Season 5 in March 2023. The final Includes Michael Foley and Justin Lo as the new showrunners while Series co-creator Sera Gamble remains an executive producer.
