MUMBAI: Indian singer Mika Singh has publicly criticised Salman Ahmed, the former manager of renowned Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, following rumors of Khan’s arrest at Dubai Airport.

Social media was abuzz with reports claiming that Rahat Fateh Ali Khan had been detained in Dubai due to a defamation complaint filed by Ahmed. The news caused considerable concern among Khan’s fans.

However, Khan later refuted the arrest rumors in a social media statement. He clarified that he was in Dubai for song recordings and assured his followers that everything was fine. Khan urged fans not to believe the unfounded rumors and promised to return to Pakistan soon.

In response, Mika Singh took to his official Instagram account to condemn Ahmed’s actions. Singh expressed astonishment that a former manager would spread such damaging news and criticized Ahmed for using these tactics despite having gained fame and respect through his association with Khan.
