Lady Gaga is all set to make a cameo in the upcoming Netflix’s series Wednesday 2, sources confirmed to Variety.
While details of her role remain undisclosed, the pop superstar will join the gothic comedy, which has resumed production in Ireland. Initial talks had reportedly aimed for a larger role for Gaga, though this was ultimately scaled down to a cameo appearance.
As per the reports, Netflix declined to comment, while Gaga’s representatives also did not respond to requests. The new season of Wednesday, featuring Jenna Ortega in the title role, builds on the first season’s massive success. Ortega previously hinted at the possibility of Gaga’s appearance, after the star’s song Bloody Mary went viral on TikTok in a dance sequence from the show.
