Hijaab Khalil, daughter of the renowned writer Khalil ur Rehman Qamar, is facing intense criticism on social media following a scandal involving her father.
Qamar recently became the victim of a honey-trapping scheme orchestrated by a criminal group, resulting in his release after paying a ransom. The main suspect in the abduction case claimed to possess two videos of Qamar, each approximately 90 minutes long, showing him in compromising situations.
The videos, leaked in two parts, show Khalil ur Rehman Qamar smoking a cigarette in a private room with a woman seated close to him in the first part. The second part is more explicit, showing him engaging in inappropriate behavior with the woman.
Following the release of the videos, Qamar has faced widespread criticism. His daughter, Hijaab Khalil, a TikToker and social media influencer known for her acting and lip-syncing reels on Instagram, has also become a target of social media users’ ire.

Users have inundated Hijaab’s Instagram reels with negative comments and questions about her father. One user remarked, “Your father is facing a case, and you are making money here.” Others sarcastically asked, “How’s your father doing? Have the kidnappers called again?”
Some users mocked her father’s leaked late-night meeting, while another inquired about her feelings regarding her father’s actions. Additionally, they questioned whether she had been advised by a doctor to avoid the sun.
In response to the flood of negative comments, Hijaab Khalil has limited the comments section on her posts.
The scandal involving Khalilur Rehman Qamar has not only affected his reputation but has also brought unwanted attention and criticism to his daughter, highlighting the pervasive impact of social media scrutiny in personal and familial matters.
