MUMBAI: South Indian filmmaker Atlee Kumar, known for his blockbuster success with Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan in ‘Jawan’, is now gearing up for his next major project alongside Salman Khan, marking a significant crossover in Indian cinema.
According to reports from Telugu 360, Atlee is currently engaged in scripting the film, which is expected to be formally announced under the banner of Sun Pictures. The collaboration has stirred excitement among fans and industry insiders alike.
Salman Khan, currently occupied with his upcoming film ‘Sikandar’ directed by AR Murugadoss, is slated to commence shooting for Atlee’s project next year. ‘Sikandar’ is scheduled for release on Eid 2025 and is set to conclude its production by March 2025.
