By WEB DESK: The Lahore High Court has ordered the recovery and presentation in court of the two abducted brothers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) social media in-charge Azhar Mashwani.
During the hearing of the petition for the recovery of PTI social media in-charge Azhar Mashwani’s two abducted brothers, the court directed the Inspector General (IG) of Punjab and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) to recover the abductees and present them.
Moreover, during the hearing the court ordered the presentation of Professor Zahoor and Professor Mazhar by tomorrow.

During the case hearing, the court asked the petitioner’s lawyer why they did not file a complaint with the police first. The lawyer informed the court that previously, they were detained for 100 days before being released, and the father of the two brothers was also taken away. A petition was filed on behalf of their father, alleging political victimization.
Furthermore, Justice Syed Shahbaz Rizvi inquired about who had detained them for 100 days. The petitioner’s lawyer responded that the detainers did not disclose their identity and released them on their own. The court remarked that even if they did not disclose, the lawyer must know.
