The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has announced the launch of the “Taleem Card” program, set to begin in the Upper Chitral area, according to reports by ARY News.
The initiative, directed by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, aims to provide educational support to one of the province’s most underdeveloped districts. Gandapur has instructed the Departments of Education and Finance to take immediate steps to implement the program, stressing the urgency and importance of this new educational initiative.
In its first phase, the “Taleem Card” will be piloted in Upper Chitral, allowing the government to refine the program’s implementation process. The phased approach is designed to ensure that the program is effective before it is rolled out to other districts across the province.
