KARACHI: The price of milk in Karachi has increased by Rs20 per litre, bringing the new rate to Rs220, according to the Dairy Farmers’ Association.

The association cited the rising costs of buffaloes and fodder as the primary reasons for the hike, emphasising the need for a corresponding rise in milk prices.

The Karachi commissioner has assured that the price will be reviewed after four months, according to the Dairy Farmers’ Association. “The situation will be reassessed in four months to determine if further adjustments are needed,” the association stated.
