According to the notification, the rally will take place on September 21, from 3 PM to 6 PM. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur, has been asked to apologise for his harsh language at the rally on September 8. The responsibility for rally security lies with the organisers.
PTI leader Ishtiaq A. Khan stated during a media talk that they cannot guarantee an apology from Ali Amin, saying it is up to him to decide.
