The Judicial Commission of Pakistan has appointed Justice Amin-ud-din Khan as the head of the Constitution Bench.
According to the sources, Justice Ayesha Malik, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan, Justice Jamal Mandukhel, and Justice Musrat Hilali will also be included in the constitution bench.
According to the sources, seven judges have been included in the constitution bench, out of which five male judges and two female judges have been included.

According to the decision of the Judicial Commission, Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan has become the head of the Constitution Bench as well as a member of the Practice and Procedure Committee. Under the Practice and Procedure Amendment Act, the head of the constitution bench will be the third member of the committee
