LAHORE: Imran Riaz Khan, a prominent TV host and YouTuber, found himself in legal trouble once again as he was apprehended by the Punjab Police at Lahore Airport. The arrest comes in the wake of previous events that unfolded on May 9, when Khan was initially detained and later went missing under mysterious circumstances outside the jail, as reported by authorities.
The arrest occurred as Imran Riaz Khan was departing for Saudi Arabia, purportedly for Hajj, wearing Ihram attire. Mian Azhar Siddique, Khan’s legal representative, disclosed that the arrest took place without prior notice or any mention of a new case. Khan was reportedly accompanied by colleagues and his personal lawyer, Mian Ali Ashfaq, at the time of his apprehension.

The circumstances surrounding Khan’s arrest remain unclear, with neither his family nor his associates being informed about the developments. According to Siddique, Khan was taken into custody by individuals dressed in plain clothes, raising questions about the legality and procedural fairness of the arrest.
