Barrister Salman Safdar, Bushra Bibi’s lawyer, shared that she had spent 264 days in jail due to the Toshakhana 2.0 case, which was the only charge keeping her incarcerated. He added that all other cases against her were still under investigation.
The court’s decision comes as a relief for Bushra Bibi, who had been behind bars for nearly nine months.
