Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz urged the parents to let their daughters ride motorcycles, emphasizing the importance of independence for young women.
During the closing ceremony of the First Punjab CM Pink Games, Maryam observed that many girls couldn’t participate due to family restrictions on riding motorcycles.
She also expressed her hope to expand the Pink Games throughout Punjab, aiming for broader participation of women in sports.
On May 2nd, CM Maryam inaugurated the First CM Punjab Pink Games, featuring around 1200 female players and officials, held at the Punjab Stadium.
