Hyundai Nishat has unveiled teaser images hinting at the possible launch of the 7th Generation Elantra Hybrid in Pakistan. The reveal comes amid growing anticipation following sightings of the Elantra Hybrid being tested in Balochistan earlier in August.

This suggests the automaker is gearing up to introduce the new model soon. The 6th Generation Elantra Hybrid, launched in March 2021, struggled to compete with its established Japanese counterparts, the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic.

With the market increasingly shifting towards hybrid vehicles, Hyundai Nishat is likely positioning the 7th Gen Elantra Hybrid to capitalize on this trend.

The new model is expected to offer enhanced performance and fuel efficiency, making it a strong contender in the local market.

The 7th generation Hyundai Elantra is priced around $25,789 internationally, while in Pakistan, the 6th generation Elantra is offered in two variants: the GS model at Rs. 6,399,000 and the GLS model at Rs. 6,930,000.
