By WEB DESK: Khadija Shah, an activist of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and a prominent fashion designer, declared her unwavering solidarity with the party’s incarcerated founder and former Prime Minister, Imran Khan, during a court appearance in Lahore.
Appearing before the Lahore High Court (LHC) to request an extension of her interim bail, Khadija Shah reaffirmed her commitment to stand alongside Imran Khan, stating, “Hamesha Imran Khan kay sath khari rahongi” (I will always stand with Imran Khan).

Shah, who is the granddaughter of former army chief Asif Nawaz Janjua, currently finds herself under preventive detention as per an order issued by the deputy commissioner under the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO).
Previously, an anti-terrorism court had granted Shah bail in the fourth and final case related to protests on May 9. These protests allegedly involved attacks on the Lahore corps commander’s house, Askari Tower, and the torching of police vehicles near Rahat Bakery in the cantonment area.
Additionally, Shah faced arrest by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in connection with a cybercrime case involving social media posts allegedly inciting violence against the army during the May 9 disturbances. However, a sessions court had subsequently granted her bail in this matter.
