Talking about this initiative, the Secretary Education said that the Ministry of Education decided to launch the project due to the lack of transportation facilities, particularly for women and girls. He added that 30 percent of the total 385 government-operated buses are currently out of service due to various reasons such as lack of budget, drivers, and timely maintenance.
