Government declares May 28 holiday due to Cipher case verdict, says Sardar Latif Khosa

WEB DESK: Pakistan Tehreek Insaf leader Sardar Latif Khosa while speaking to the media outside Lahore High Court, stated that the verdict in the cipher case has not been announced by the judge, as requested by the opposing counsel today.

Khosa explained that the holiday on May 28 was announced because the verdict in the cipher case was supposed to be heard on that day.

Although the Muslim League-N government had come before, they never announced a holiday on this day, but since the decision in the cipher case was expected, a general holiday was declared.
