Parents of the current era are often concerned about their children spending excessive time on smartphones or other devices, as it affects their educational activities.
To address this issue, Google has introduced a feature called “School Time” for Android smartphones.
Moreover, this feature allows parents to limit various features of their children’s devices for a designated period.
Whether the time is based on the children’s school hours or another schedule, parents can use this feature to restrict their children’s screen time.

In addition, parents will be able to use the “School Time” feature on their children’s Android phones, tablets, and smartwatches through the Family Link parental controls app.
However, Google has not yet clarified on which Android devices this feature will be available.
According to the company, when this feature is enabled, parents can decide which apps are available on their children’s phones, and only specific individuals can send text messages and calls.
Furthermore, it is noted that Family Link is Google’s portal that allows parents to control the activities on their mobile devices.
