Flour mills across Punjab have raised the rates for 10 kg and 20 kg flour bags, adding to the strain on household budgets.
In the open market, it has become difficult for the low-income group, who are worried about inflation, to buy a bag of flour. In the open market, a 10 kg bag of flour is sold at Rs855 and a 20 kg bag of flour is sold at Rs1710.
