As part of a larger right-sizing initiative, the government plans to outsource various services across ministries, including finance, cleaning, and plumbing. Furthermore, the number of lower-grade positions will be reduced, and all temporary posts will be phased out.
This initiative aligns with the government’s strategy to streamline its operations by privatizing institutions and shutting down redundant departments. These efforts are expected to save billions of rupees, contributing to the government’s cost-saving goals.
