Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, expressed serious concerns over the current political climate, likening it to martial law conditions.
At a press conference in Mansoorah, he condemned the government’s heavy-handed tactics in restricting public protests, particularly the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) demonstrations.
Rehman criticized using containers to block cities like Islamabad and Lahore, calling it a sign of the government’s panic.
