By The provincial government of Punjab has made it easy for the citizens to buy sacrificial animals. According to details, an official online portal has been launched to buy and sell sacrificial animals in the province.
Those who can’t visit the cattle market for any reason can easily purchase the sacrificial animals from the comfort of the homes through the online portal of Punjab government.

The online portal has all the details of the animals, including their pictures, age, weight, species, breed, price and other relevant information. According to the Punjab Cattle Market Management officials, the portal is secure for transactions, requiring ID card numbers from both buyers and sellers.
It is pertinent to mention that Eid Al Adha is likely to be celebrated on June 17 in Pakistan. The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will convene a meeting in the coming days to sight the moon Zilhajj 1455.
