DG ISPR to hold important press conference today

Director General  (DG) of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry will hold a press conference today.

The briefing is scheduled for 3 p.m. Major General Chaudhry will address security issues. Furthermore, he is also expected to discuss various internal and external challenges.

It should be noted that the last time the military spokesperson held a press conference was in May this year.

During the presser, Major General Ahmed Sharif had stated that any potential dialogue with PTI would only be possible if the party “earnestly apologizes publicly in front of the nation,” commits to “constructive politics,” and abandons the “politics of anarchy.”

He had also stated that the plot to kill Chinese engineers in Bisham attack was hatched in Afghanistan. Furthermore, DG ISPR had also revealed that Pakistan has evidence of Indian communication and killings on its soil.
