David Warner’s 15-year international career ends in heartbreak

WEB DESK: Australian batter David Warner has concluded his fifteen-year international career.

After being defeated by India, in the T20 International World Cup 2024, David Warner has retired from all formats of international cricket. Cricket Australia has confirmed David Warner’s retirement.

In addition, David Warner represented Australia in 110 T20Is, 161 ODIs, and 112 Test matches.

In his T20I career, he scored 3,277 runs, making him Australia’s highest run-scorer in T20 cricket. In ODIs, he scored 6,932 runs.

Furthermore, Warner retired from Test cricket in January with 8,786 runs at an average of 44.60 and a strike rate of 70.19. His last Test match was played against Pakistan in January.
