WEB DESK – Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, declared that Punjab and Pakistan would experience dramatic improvements if the PML-N government completes its five-year term.

Promising Future Under PML-N

Speaking to a crowd in Phool Nagar, Maryam Nawaz lamented the historical pattern of Nawaz Sharif-led administrations being ousted by plots once in office. She emphasized that Nawaz Sharif’s fourth term marks the beginning of a transformative path and called for its unbroken continuation. Maryam Nawaz affirmed that both she and Shahbaz Sharif remain loyal to Nawaz Sharif, who unquestionably leads the government.

Swift Action in Healthcare

Highlighting her administration’s quick actions, Maryam Nawaz announced the proliferation of rural health centers to 300 across Punjab within her short two-month tenure. She proudly introduced a new hospital in Phool Nagar and a mobile hospital on containers to extend medical services directly to villages. Additionally, plans for 200 mobile clinics to deliver door-to-door medical assistance are already benefiting 30,000 individuals.

Commitment to Free Healthcare

Maryam Nawaz pledged to ensure equal access to education and healthcare, regardless of economic status. She committed to providing free treatment in every hospital across Punjab within the next five years.

Economic Relief Measures

Efforts to alleviate the cost of living include reducing bread prices from 25 to 15 rupees and initiating a comprehensive road construction program to overhaul 590 roads, ensuring their durability over the next five years.

Law Enforcement and Welfare

In line with Nawaz Sharif’s vision for the welfare of the underprivileged, Maryam Nawaz instructed MPs to refrain from interfering in police matters, recognizing the detrimental impact of political influence on law enforcement effectiveness. She affirmed her commitment to prioritizing the interests of Punjab’s 130 million citizens above all else.

Tackling Rising Prices

Maryam Nawaz vowed to address the soaring prices of essential commodities like potatoes, onions, and tomatoes, acknowledging their indispensability in daily cooking. Under her administration, the price of onions has already decreased from over 300 to 100 rupees per kilogram.
