Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has re-entered the province following an extended security meeting, as per tweet of Faisal Amin Gandapur.
CM Gandapur had been out of contact since 7 pm on September 9. Furthermore, sources confirm that communication with CM Gandapur was reestablished after the meeting, addressing earlier concerns about his whereabouts.
Earlier, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Omar Ayub alleged on social media that Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Amin Khan Gandapur was being held incommunicado by the Federal Government/ Establishment after being invited for a cup of tea.
In his statement on X, Ayub claimed that Gandapur’s security staff were currently untraceable and their phones were powered off.
Ayub described the current political environment in Pakistan as highly charged, revealing that the PTI’s party chairman and several Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) had been arrested.
