KARACHI: The price of gold in Pakistan decreased by Rs700 on Thursday, following a decrease in the international market. The price per tola decreased by Rs700, bringing it down to Rs275,200.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association (APGJSA), The price of 10 grams of gold also saw a decrease of Rs600, now sold at Rs235,940.
The international rate of gold decreased on Thursday. As per APGJSA, the rate was at $2,640 per ounce (with a premium of $20) after it lost $7 during the day.
On Wednesday, gold price per tola had increased by Rs1,600 in Pakistan.
