LPG prices surge amid rising demand

The price of LPG per kg has been increased on Thursday by Rs2.88 paise for the next month of November.

The domestic cylinder price has been increased by Rs34 9 paise. In October, the price of the domestic cylinder was Rs2965.38 paisa, while for November, the price was fixed at Rs2999.47 paisa.

On the other hand, the federal government has decided to close CNG stations across the country during the two months of severe winter, December and January.

Officials of the Ministry of Petroleum have said that this step has been taken to ensure a continuous supply of natural gas to domestic consumers.

According to this decision, the supply of gas to the country’s industry that generates electricity from gas will also be stopped in these two months.
