Gold prices in Pakistan surged to record highs, following a decline in the previous session, mirroring international trends.
Moreover, in the local market, the price of gold per tola increased by Rs700, reaching Rs260,700.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs600 to Rs223,508.

In addition, international gold rates edged higher on Tuesday. APGJSA reported that the rate was $2,512 per ounce (including a $20 premium) after a $10 increase.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained steady at Rs2,950 per tola.
