KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan decreased by Rs300 per tola on Saturday, reaching Rs274,400 per tola, as international rates declined.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs235,254 after it recorded an increase of Rs257, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The international rate of gold decreased on Saturday. As per APGJSA, the rate was $2,632 per ounce (with a premium of $20) after falling $3 during the day.
Despite the downward trend in gold, and silver prices in the local market remained stable, holding steady at Rs3,400 per tola.
