RAWALPINDI: On Sunday, Bangladesh defeated Pakistan by 10 wickets in the first Test of the two-match series held at Rawalpindi Stadium.

In the second innings of the ongoing Test match, Muhammad Rizwan was the sole player to make a notable contribution, scoring 51 runs. Seven other players failed to reach double figures.

The two teams will face off once more in the second Test at the same venue, scheduled from August 30 to September 3.

On day four of the first Test at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Bangladesh took a 117-run lead by scoring 565 in response to Pakistan’s 448/6.
