A Judicial Magistrate in Bannu has issued arrest warrants for Humayun Dilawar, Special Judge of the FIA Court Islamabad, and others in connection with a case of illegal government land occupation.

The Anti-Corruption Department secured these arrest warrants for Humayun Dilawar, his brother Sadiq Dilawar, and their father Dilawar Khan from the court.

The case alleges that the accused fraudulently registered the land under their names through a court decision and then incorporated it into a housing society, resulting in millions of rupees in losses to the government.
