PTI Senator Aon Abbas Buppi suggests Imran Khan’s release in June or July, mentioning two specific tasks initiated post-discussions in jail.
In a televised interview, he stated discussing women’s detention is possible but they’re disinclined to negotiate. Highlighting PTI’s rising popularity, he emphasized the importance of political coalitions. He questioned achieving objectives without a Home Minister and praised Ali Amin Gandapur’s performance.

Furthermore, he referred to Imran Khan’s remarks about wheat prices, expressing concerns about farmers selling wheat at lower prices. Voicing concerns about the forty million tons of wheat stockpiled by Punjab farmers, he warned of spoilage without prompt management. He appreciated the advocacy efforts of their MNAs.
Meanwhile, former Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry cautioned against any deal struck by Imran Khan, likening it to Shehbaz Sharif’s situation. He stressed the impracticality of deals, advocating for dialogues and emphasizing institutional discourse’s importance.
Reports circulated about Fawad Chaudhry’s potential return to PTI. However, PTI spokesman Rauf Hassan clarified no new additions would be made until Imran Khan’s release.
