Provincial Ministers Syed Nasir Hussain Shah and Saeed Ghani announced that the Sindh government has launched a free air ambulance service through the Local Government Council Association.
Ministers Syed Nasir Hussain Shah and Saeed Ghani expressed their satisfaction, stating that the launch of the free air ambulance service aligns with Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s vision.
They highlighted that the agreement between the Sindh Local Council Association and aircraft company ASSL will enhance facilities for the province’s residents.
During a media briefing about the air ambulance service agreement between the Sindh Local Council Association and ASSL, Saeed Ghani emphasized that the initiative is crucial.

He explained that the service will facilitate the air transfer of patients from Ghotki, Sukkur, and Khairpur to Karachi.
He added that an agreement will be established between ASSL Aviation and the three local councils to enhance the service. He highlighted the challenge of transporting patients from cities located six hours away from Karachi and described the launch of the air ambulance service as a significant milestone.
Nasir Hussain Shah revealed that the air ambulance service will be extended to Hyderabad, Thar, Nawabshah, and Larkana, with plans to also utilize airstrips in Badin.
