The Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the Organized Crime Unit in Lahore has stated that Ahsan Shah, the main suspect in the murder case of Amir Balaj Tipu, was killed in an encounter.
In a statement released from Lahore, the DSP of the Organized Crime Unit mentioned that Ahsan Shah was injured due to gunfire from his accomplices. Although the suspect was taken to the hospital, he could not be saved.

Furthermore, according to the DSP, the search for the suspects who fired the shots is ongoing.
