ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senior Leader Ali Muhammad Khan has announced plans to take legal action against the administration of Adiala Jail.
Contempt of Court Petition
In a recent statement, Ali Muhammad Khan declared his intention to file a contempt of court petition if denied a meeting with the PTI founder. “I have not been allowed to meet the founder of PTI either in the past or now. I will go to the High Court against the administration of Adiala Jail,” he asserted.
Current Situation in Adiala Jail
Khan also mentioned that he is currently staying in Adiala Jail, where he was made to play football. He dismissed security concerns as mere excuses, expressing trust in defense and security agencies.

In a separate development, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) granted bail to PTI leaders Dr. Yasmin Rashid and Umar Sarfraz Cheema in connection with the Jinnah House attack case. Judge Arshad Javed of the Lahore ATC presided over the hearing, where Dr. Rashid and Cheema’s bail applications were considered. Authorities had arrested both leaders on charges related to the attack on Jinnah House in Lahore, including arson and encirclement. They remain in police custody, with the case filed at the Sarwar Road police station.
