Shocking statements from Afghan rioters, who spread unrest under the guise of peaceful protests in Islamabad, have come to light. These troublemakers crossed all limits while pretending to protest peacefully. Several Afghan nationals have been arrested.
An Afghan national named Khayal Gul said, “I was lured to Islamabad to vandalize government properties with the promise of 2,000 rupees a day from the PTI leadership. I am ashamed for falling for PTI’s deception.”
The arrested Khayal Gul stated that the PTI leadership brought us to Islamabad and then fled, leaving us stranded along the way. The police arrested us. He urged other PTI workers not to fall for their tricks.
The arrested protesters admitted in front of the police that they were brought to spread unrest in Pakistan. According to sources, the troublemaker said, “I came here with two friends. We were promised 2,000 rupees a day to join the protest by the PTI.” Khayal Gul remarked, “We earn our livelihood through hard work, but that day we were promised Rs2,000.
Khayal Gul stated that they were specifically instructed to vandalize government properties, damage police vans, and harm security forces. Sources further revealed that a citizen named Abdul Rahman, who worked in Peshawar, was also arrested. He stated that he was brought here for 2,000 rupees a day by the local PTI leadership, and we were told to cause vandalism and riots upon reaching Islamabad. The arrested individuals further disclosed that they came here with the intention of spreading unrest in Pakistan under a foreign agenda, and they belong to Afghanistan.
The police stated that these protesters were attempting to damage government properties and spread chaos in Islamabad. They reported that strict legal action is being taken against these protesters, and they will be brought to justice. Efforts are ongoing to connect the dots regarding their activities to effectively prevent such mischief. It should be noted that during the PTI protest in Islamabad yesterday, the arrested protesters made shocking revelations in police custody. The arrested individuals stated that they were tasked with spreading unrest and chaos in Islamabad under the guise of protests.
According to the police, the protesters revealed that they were instructed by the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to spread mischief and unrest.
One arrested individual also stated that Ali Amin Gandapur provided them with petrol to set fires and mentioned that he was responsible for this action. During the protest, the troublemakers attempted to spread unrest against the state under the cover of a peaceful protest, resulting in the Islamabad police arresting several troublemakers. In police custody, a troublemaker named Saleem said, “I am a resident of Swat; my friends had petrol, and they said we need to go to Islamabad.”
