WEB DESK: Following the remarkable success of the Netflix series “Baby Reindeer,” fans have been eagerly anticipating news of a possible second season.

The drama, based on the real-life experiences of Scottish comedian Richard Gadd, has garnered nearly 54 million views since its debut on April 11.

However, according to sources close to The Sun, Gadd has no intentions of creating a follow-up series despite the overwhelming demand. An insider revealed, “There are no plans to bring ‘Baby Reindeer’ back for more, or for Richard to address Fiona’s interview in any follow-up. He’s shared his story, and there’s nothing more to add to what was included in the series already.”

The source further explained that Gadd is currently focused on new projects, which will not draw from his personal life.

This announcement follows Gadd’s recent interview with the Hollywood Reporter, where he firmly stated his decision not to discuss the real-life identities of the characters portrayed in the show. “I don’t think I’ll ever comment on it ever again. I can’t confirm or deny anything relating to the real-life people who the characters are based on in the show,” he emphasised.
